Tadalafil shows improvement in LUTS; benefit unexplained by urodynamic effects

Findings from a multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled study are consistent with previously
reported data showing that tadalafil (Cialis) improves lower urinary tract symptoms associated with BPH. However,
