Findings from a multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled study are consistent with previously
reported data showing that tadalafil (Cialis) improves lower urinary tract symptoms associated with BPH. However,
the benefit cannot be explained by effects on pressure-flow urodynamics. (Source: Modern Medicine)

PHILADELPHIA – The judge supervising the American Home Products National Settlement has ordered the Settlement Trust to pay Matrix benefits to two former diet drug users, but affirmed the trust’s denial of benefits to a third (In Re: Diet Drugs [Phentermine/Fenfluramine/Dexfenfluramine] Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1203, Sheila Brown, et al. v. PHILADELPHIA – The judge supervising the American Home Products National Diet Drug Settlement on July 10 denied a Wyeth motion and ordered the Settlement Trust to pay benefits to a claimant whose use of the drugs Wyeth contested (In Re: Diet Drugs [Phentermine/Fenfluramine/Dexfenfluramine] Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1203, Sheila Brown, et al. v.
