Judge Reverses 2 Benefit Denials, Upholds A 3rd

PHILADELPHIA – The judge supervising the American Home Products National Settlement has ordered the Settlement Trust to pay Matrix benefits to two for mer diet drug users, but affirmed the trust’s denial of benefits to a third (In Re: Diet Drugs [Phentermine/Fenfluramine/Dexfenfluramine] Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1203, Sheila Brown, et al. v. Diet Drug Firm Says Former Associate Shouldn’t Get Common Benefit Fee
