Around half of all men with diabetes have at least one episode during the course of their condition when they fail to maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. The SPC for Cialis (tadalafil) [1], has a section on contraindications, one of which is:”Patients with a stroke within the last 6 months. “We spoke to Medicines Information at Pfizer and asked about the definition of stroke with regard to Viagra and they too stated 6 months. Several individuals who ordered Ambien® (zolpidem tartrate), Xanax® (alprazolam), Lexapro® (escitalopram oxalate) or Ativan® (lorazepam) over the inte rnet have sought emergency medical treatment for symptoms such as difficulty in breathing, muscle spasms and muscle stiffness after ingesting the suspect product.
