Mr Hafid Essadki (39) formerly of 341 Boardwalk Place, Trafalgar Way, London, E14 5SQ was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £1,500 costs at Snaresbrook Crown Court for the illegal online sale and supply of Viagra and Cialis. Slough Man Sentenced To Community Service For Peddling Counterfeit Medicines, UK

Mohammed Azim Dad (30) of 116 Ch ippenham Lane, Slough, SL1 5BA was sentenced to 250 hours community service on three counts under the Trade Marks Act 1994 relating to counterfeit erectile dysfunction medication, namely Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. Today, a 51-year-old woman was sentenced to eight months in prison at Stoke-on-Trent Cr own Court for the possession of controlled drugs with the intent to supply, and for the possession of medicines with the intent to place them on the market without a licence.
