PHILADELPHIA – Wyeth Inc. has filed a motion to dismiss and for sanctions, arguing that a woman who asserts that the company’s diet drugs caused primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) has failed to p rosecute after being told she does not have the disease (In Re: Diet Drugs [Phentermine/Fenfluramine/Dexfenfluramine] Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1203, Peggy Love v. Wyeth Inc., No. 2:06-cv-20067, E.D. Pa.).

Unfortunately, we cannot answer this question as we found no guidelines or studies examining the cyclical use of alprazolam to treat premenstrual dysphoric disorder in patients concurrently taking quetiapine and a SSRI. Today, a 51-year-old woman was sentenced to eight months in prison at Stoke-on-Trent Cr own Court for the possession of controlled drugs with the intent to supply, and for the possession of medicines with the intent to place them on the market without a licence.
